WELCOME TO ARTISTIQUE  GYMNASTICS CLUB AND PLAYSCHOOL

We believe every boy and girl can develop his or her self-confidence through physical activity in sport. Please note we do not offer a boys program for ages 6 yrs or higher as we do not have equipment suited to the Men' Artistic Program. We promote a healthy athletic development that will foster passion for success and a lifelong commitment to the sport of gymnastics, providing improved youth opportunities in the community and a growth mindset for personal success. We help your child accomplish this goal in an environment where everyone is welcome, and where enthusiastic and energetic staff promote your child’s abilities. We help build tomorrow’s success on today’s accomplishments. It is our mission to ensure that our athletes are put in the best possible position to succeed.

In addition to having experience in the sport of gymnastics, all of our coaches are certified by through the NCCP (National Coaching Certification Program) and complete a risk management course to enhance their knowledge of injury prevention through gym layout, procedures, class management and effective supervision. We also offer opportunities for our competitive athletes to become Coaches In Training (CIT). These young ladies have taken their training through the NCCP and are in the process of becoming certified. They work under the direct supervision of our owner and certified coaches. For more information about the qualifications of our coaching staff, please do not hesitate to talk to us! Artistique Gymnastics Club is a fundraising free facility with no volunteer requirements. .

ARTISTIQUE GYMNASTICS CLUB'S  RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS

Through the sport of gymnastics, we aim to teach children and youth to become more than just gymnasts, but rather to become confident, honest, and dedicated individuals who are capable of accomplishing their goals. It is our goal to teach children, through repetition, instruction and knowledge to perform the best they are able in a setting in which they enjoy. Whether recreational or competitive, we teach athletes new skills in a safe, clean environment through positive reinforcement, lots of encouragement and provide the best coaches that simply have fun doing what they love to do. The end result is happy, healthy, self-motivated kids who continually return eager to challenge themselves to master new skills. They learn discipline, goal setting and the feeling of accomplishment that builds self confidence in all they do, and it lasts a lifetime.  Our recreational class directory and schedule found in the menu above will assist you in choosing the right class for your child.  We look forward to sharing our gymnastics passion with you.

ARTISTIQUE GYMNASTICS CLUB'S DEVELOPMENTAL AND COMPETITIVE PROGRAMS.

Picture
At Artistique, we adhere to the  Junior Olympic Program (JO) which is a competitive system  developed with the belief that all athletes, regardless of their potential, must have a solid foundation of basic skills in order to advance safely. The program allows the gymnast to advance at her own pace, competing in more than one level in a year, if she so chooses.
Children entering the JO  program must be a minimum 4 years of age and be physically, mentally and developmentally ready for the competitive stream. Children who are not ready risk serious injury.

It is an ethical coaching practice to ensure all children entering the competitive stream are ready on multiple levels.
This is a full season program and a full season commitment.  Athletes in this program are expected to purchase team apparel. Athletes wishing to compete at an Interclub level should consider our Xcel program.  Please contact us or see our class schedule for more information regarding programs.  REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR WITHDRAWAL WITHOUT A MEDICAL CERTIFICATE.

Parents are responsible for all fees related to competition and meets, including extra coaching costs arising from extra training. The competitive coaches will ensure parents are informed of meets available to each athlete’s level at the beginning of the competition season.  Parents are responsible for all costs associated to travel and lodging for meets.  It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure all registration payment deadlines are met. Failure to pay meet fees by the deadline provided will result in your athlete being removed from the competition.

I never cease to be amazed at the power of the coaching process to draw out the skills or talent that was previously hidden within an individual, and which invariably finds a way to solve a problem previously thought unsolvable."
